How long does it take? 

A windshield replacement typically takes about two hours. One hour for the replacement itself and one hour for the adhesive to cure before you drive the vehicle.

A chip repair typically takes between 20-40 minutes and depends on the size and number of chips we are repairing.

Do I need to make an appointment? 

Yes, please. We provide both mobile and in shop service to accommodate your schedule. Please use the quote request form or call us to set up an appointment for your repair or replacement.

Do you have a guarantee?

Do you accept insurance?

Absolutely! We are a preferred provider for all of the major insurance companies. Many insurance companies will repair a chip in your windshield at no cost to you. If you would like to see if your glass replacement or repair is covered by insurance, please have your insurance policy number and give us a call! We can help you file the claim, making the process quick and easy. Many times it takes less than 15 minutes. Remember, you have the option to choose your repair shop no matter who your policy is with.

I’m not sure if the damage to my glass can be repaired – how do I know?

There are several factors that determine if a chip or crack can be repaired. If your windshield has a crack longer than the size of a dollar bill, or there is a chuck of glass missing from a chip, the integrity of the glass may be affected and it is usually better to replace the windshield. The location of a crack or chip can also affect the success of a repair. If you are not sure, we can do a visual inspection and give you our recommendation.
